User Agreement for Ari

Welcome to Ari! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and ERSNYI LLC ("Company"), governing your access to and use of the Ari application, services, and related features (collectively, "Services"). By using Ari, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Ari.  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.  

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Ari.  

• Users under 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent.  

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Ari Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Ari, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.  

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  

• Notify us immediately at MangoBoy1996@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.  

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:  

• Use Ari for any illegal activities.  

• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.  

• Impersonate another person or entity.  

• Interfere with the functionality or security of Ari.  

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through Ari are the property of ERSNYI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.  

7. Modification and Termination

• ERSNYI LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate Ari at any time without notice.  

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.  

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ERSNYI LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  

9. Limitation of Liability

ERSNYI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ari.  

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of local. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of local.
